DIRECTIONS/PARKING:
453 S. Spring St., LA, CA 90013 (Spring Arts Tower) is located 1 block
north of the Los Angeles Theatre Center (Spring is a 1-way street).
There is ample parking available at numerous lots in the neighborhood.
Price ranges between $4-$7 during the morning and afternoons. Most
parking lots reduce their rates after 6PM. Remember to ask the attendant
for the time they lock their gates.

There is street parking on Spring St. both both sides of the 1-way street.
Meters cost 25 cents per 10 minutes for street parking, but are free after
6pm on Spring Street and 7pm on 5th Street. Rush hour traffic restricts
parking on Main Street from 4-6 PM and on 5th Street from 3-7 PM.

FROM THE RED LINE:
Take the Red Line to the Pershing Square Station.
Exit towards 5th Street (south of the station).
Walk 2 blocks east to Spring Street.
The Spring Arts Tower is located on the NW corner of Spring & 5th.

FROM THE 110 FREEWAY:
From north and south, exit 6th Street.
Go east 8 blocks on 6th Street to Main.
Go left on Main to 5th and turn left on 5th to Spring St.
The Spring Arts Tower is immediately on your right.

FROM THE 101 S. FREEWAY:
Exit Los Angeles and go south (right).
Turn right on 3rd and then turn left on Spring St.
The Spring Arts Tower will be on your right side just before 5th St.
